Well as usual, Harmonica & Guitar Band was having performance on the stage to attract more CHS-ians to join our big family, specially all the new form ones. We were honored to perform in the opening ceremony this year and we also get to perform a few more songs in both morning and afternoon session.
Of courseee we managed to recruit quite a number of new members on the actual day ;)
On the next day which was Saturday, we had our Orientation Day in school.
We started the day by distributing all our members in groups. After the ice-breaking session, each group had to nominate a group leader and create a slogan.
After that, we started our station games planned by our Orientation Day committees.
All sort of funny, interesting and exciting games were played in Orientation Day like Human Knot, Rocky Kissing and Potato Chips game. Our committees did put a lot of effort in planning all these games haha!
Ohhh poor form five seniors had to be tied up to a pole until their group members completed all the stations to "rescue" them out :P
After games, everyone was gathered again in 5S9 for video showing, performances, teacher's encouragement and announcement.
Don't you think it's going to be very fun joining our big family? If you or your friends are interested to join us but have not sign up at our booth on Gerko Day or you missed our Orientation Day on 24/1/2015, you can still come and join us on Saturday from 8:30am to 12:30pm !
